Who is this Course Aimed at:
Employees who require an assessment after an incident/s either to present the findings at an enquiry or to enable them to get back to work
Course Outline and Key Objectives:
To identify a person's key risk factors, both environmental and personal and allocate a risk grading which will identify the type and extent of intervention needed to reduce the client's level of risk exposure. And /Or to produce a report that can be used as part of a post incident enquiry and also confirm the suitability of the individual to return to normal duties. The assessment will be conducted in the individual's normal work environment over a lengthy period, in order to gain an accurate picture as possible of the client's levels of risk and suitability to return to normal duties.
