Course Outline and Key Objectives:
This course provides the underpinning knowledge of logistics theory and the application of this theory to the movement of goods and people for new entry candidates. It provides an introduction to the concept of logistics and integrated supply chain management and establishes the context in which the component sectors operate. Completion of 2 core units also leads to a supply chain awareness award.
