This AAT training course will provide a further development of the Intermediate stage by looking at more detailed financial and costing statements produced by accountants. The course also explores more specialist areas of accounting such as taxation and auditing.
The course is delivered through a programme of full day or evening training sessions at our Carlisle training centre and is designed to develop the students’ knowledge, understanding and practical skills to achieve the following NVQ units;
Contributing to the management of performance and the enhancement of value
Contributing to the planning and control of resources
Managing systems and people in the accounting environment
Drafting Financial Statements (accounting practice, industry and commerce)
Operating a cash management and credit control system.
Implementing auditing procedures
Preparing personal taxation computations
Preparing business taxation computations
